Smashing cities for a good cause, giant monster fan fil

It was on a tiny black and white TV in the late 70’s that I first saw one of my greatest idols, yes it was only a man in a rubber suit smashing a miniature set but to me this was no illusion this was a true giant, a force of nature, I was mesmerized, in awe of the creatures might, it’s ability to humble mankind. This creature of course was Godzilla King of the monsters.

After seeing the original Godzilla film I ran to my mother and with incredible glee reporting what I had witnessed, I had been exposed to the world of dinosaurs, and with the help of my mother my pursuit of knowledge of all things prehistoric became my first hobby. Soon after I discovered many more Godzilla films and other giant movie monsters, this brought my hobby to the next level, it was an obsession.

My whole existence was about dinosaurs and giant monsters; I had collected books, toys, and movies on the subject of these fascinating creatures.

Being an introvert, school was not the most pleasant of experiences for me; it was my love of monsters and monster movies that got me through some very tough times when I was younger.

In movies, giant monsters are a menace, but in our real world, their films have inspired countless people to make their own movies and entertained millions of people. Now we call on our giant friends to help us raise money for charity.
