Slum Changer Project

I am James and I went to this country in the western side of Africa. Trying to explore, I visited one community and the layout in there is really gross. Stagnant water everywhere, gutters choked and smelly. People loving outside in the open and defecate every where. I tried speaking with the people there to get why the place looks that way, and I was told they do not have enough funds to get the place developed. They have made plans, they save parts of their monthly incomes to get the place done but it's going no where, so I wanna help and get them done. I would get them toilets, get the gutters done and get homes and good for the homeless. It's just something small and I need support to help this initiative.
