Skating Rink

I am trying to open a skating Rink to help the community with getting our youth off the streets  while offering them something productive todo. Many off the youth in my city are dieing before the age of 16 and it's sad the community doesn't offer them enough entertainment besides social media. We to help these youth survive and that's my goal.
