Single mother with medical problems

Hello, my name is Tanya. I have been living with lupus for 18 years. I also suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer and a dilated aortic root. I recently had surgery for my cancer. I'm not sure if it has spread or not yet. I should find out soon. I have been separated from my children's father for 3 years. However, he is incarcerated at the moment. So I don't have his help any more. I was in an accident and my car was totaled in October, just 2 weeks before I was diagnosed with cancer. I have just been dealing with alot of stuff back to back lately. I will eventually have to have heart surgery. And I have four children. I am also expecting my first grandbaby in February. I hate to ask for anything. I am usually the one giving. But at this point I'm desparate. And anything would help and be greatly appreciated. I have tried to get help from outside organizations but I don't qualify for any extra help because they say I exceed the income limits. However, I only receive disability. I don't recieve foodstamps or any other form of assistance. I only have medicare so I have to pay my copays, my medications and my out of pocket medical expenses. I'm truly overwhelmed and I am doing my absolute best as a mother to hold it all together. Thank you in advance for your help. Even if you can only send prayers and positive thoughts my way.
