My name is shumeez Scott down syndrome model from Cape Town also MWI PHENOMENAL Miss International 2019 So on Sunday at Greenpoint market it reminded me of when I started to follow my dream. Trying to raise funds to go to India to get my crown it was not an easy journey but with the grace of the almighty and my fans I pulled thru. People look at you, think because I am differently able I do not have what it take but I got strong as my mother thought me never to give up as God's plans is higher then any human being on this earth. Yes I faced alot of criticism of people because of my dream I wanted to follow but becoming the first South Africa top model also the first person with special needs to actually do a pageant in the world on international level I am extremely proud of myself. Even more that I could share my fame and happiness with other young people with special needs. Never did I make it just about myself. when I found my happiness I wanted to share it with the world because I know there is many people differently able out there that believe they worth nothing but I want to tell you all today. We are the world God did not create us to be one-sided He made us part of humanity so claim your rightful place in society and live your life to the fullest don't regret why did I not dream. Parents today I reach out to you as a person with special needs, allow your young adults to dream allow them to be part of society and allow them to live the best life ever because in the there after they will make sure to ask God to place you with them in Jannah/Heaven. Why is that? because you allow them there freedom in this world. every person today I say even thought you turned your back when we reach out to you for help to make others special needs young adults dreams a reality, we will pray for you because God's blessings he gave you, you turned away when I ask for help. Hopefully next time you see me with my other colleagues on the market you will see even when you just pass me and asking for donations I was still smiling why because I ask God to bless you with much more so hopefully next time you see me you will give me ❤😘🙏🙏😇😇. My reigning as MWI PHENOMENAL Miss International 2019 is coming to and end but I am excited for what bigger is to come. I am ready to take on the world from all heights. I am a creation of God Almighty ❤❤❤.
