Campaign Story
My name is Kayla I am 23 years old I am also type 1 diabetic, from a young age I've always loved creating things and sewing. I would like to become a qualified seamstress and designer with a certificate behind my name. I would also love to one day own my own sewing business.
I have found the perfect school that offers me all the things I need to know to gain a certificate. The curriculum is broken down In to three courses, the first course teaches you all the basics and need to knows, the second course takes you further into how to use and sew the different kinds of materials and techniques, and the third course brings the 1st and 2nd course together where you have to sort of sew your own exam.
The first two courses cost R4500 each and the final course costs R2000. The courses each include use of the machines of the school and patterns and a textbook. They do not supply you with your own material and stationary.
Any donations and funds that I will receive will go straight to paying for all my courses up front, and any funds exceeding the total for my courses will be used to buy the materials and stationary needed. Should I have any funds left on completion of my courses I will happily donate to another student that is in need of it.
Any and all donations and help will be truly and greatly appreciated.
