BAKERY SETUP CREATING JOBS FOR AUTISTIC ADULTS/TEENS TO WORK IN

I am spearheading a raising of capital to fund our startup business to set up a bakery shop aiming to help Autistic(ASD) teenagers & adults gain skills & work in this shop's autism friendly environment providing them an avenue to earn their keep & gain dignity as an adult.

Once this campaign is successful, it will lessen the burden of families with autistic kids/adults giving them a glimpse of hope in life and will also bring light & hope to autistic sufferers, such that they will not feel left out in this competitive society.

The true daily challenges faced by these families with autism sufferers is unimaginable unless you are the actual person going through this stage.

Currently there are limited organizations that provides employment to autistic sufferers due to the fact that autism have a wide spectrum of severity levels & that in the initial employment stage every autistic employee needs to be with a qualified therapist trained in handing autistic kids to get them started on basic tasks.

Your donations will go a long way into the capital needed in setting up the bakery & maintaining the bakery including employing a ASD qualified therapist for employee's on job training. Sustainability will be our ultimate goal but initial capital outlay is needed from this crowdfunding to spur and succeed in this move.

Expansion to a bakery chain will be my ultimate goal so that more needy people can hop on this aid wagon.
