Send Jasmine to Europe as Student Ambassadar

Do you have $10.00? How about skipping three coffees at your favorite Java place and instead using it to send send an amazing Student Amabassador to Europe as a Delegate Representing our great nation?  A young lady who will meet dignataries, fulfill civic duties, meet members of Parliament in England as well as lay a wreath at the American Cememtary in NORMANDY, France where our brave soldiers gave their lives in the face of tyranny and defended democracy and freedom.

That young student ambassador is Jasmine Ortiz Delegate ID# 0010196443; she is a straight A student and works very hard not only in school but at community service activities. Jasmine plays 4 instruments and is tri-lingual, English, Spanish and Chinese Mandarin. She is an active Girl Scout and loves her community. She is always looking for ways that can make a difference where she lives and improve the lives of others. It is an honor, to have been selected to participate and represent the United States of America as a US Student Ambassador over seas by People to People, created by President Eisenhower 50 years ago. People to People carefully interviews and evaluates their students before accepting them, so it is quite an honor. As an ambassador Jasmine can also earn high school credits the summer before she even enters high school.  Jasmine is currently seeking financial sponsors to help her with her tuition, and she hopes she can count on your support. The total tuition for the program is: $ 6,785.00 and right now we still need to raise $ 5,500.00. If you can even help us make a dent in that, it would be a great help! Jasmine is also selling hair ribbons @ THREE AMIGOS ACCESSORIES facebook page and holding fund raiser meals in different area restaurants in the area. However this is the fastest and easiest way to help her out.

The tuition will include all transportation, accomodations, meals and educational actitivities for the entire 19 days in Europe.   People to People has also launched many international programs, including Sister cities and Project HOPE.

Jasmine will be visiting England, France including our American memorial at Normandy where so many of our veterans sacrificed their lives. Jasmine's family comes from a line of veterans including her uncles and Grandfather, so this will be a true honor. In addition to England and France she will also visit, Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, and Germany.
