Schooling

Our parents recently passed away. I'm a graduate student with a scholarship. But for my 9-year-old sister, this can't be done. I managed to find a part-time job to pay the rent and regular needs. But it's not enough to educate my sister. At the university where I am studying I heard about this opportunity. I dont want to divorce from my sister just because we dont have any relatives. I don't want her to be raised by strangers.
