School Loans

Hi everyone, my name is Sal and I am a medicine resident at Tufts in Boston. I love what I do! I enjoy taking care of people and helping those in need. To be able to get to this point in life, I had to take out significant student loans worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. I know this story is not unique, but I am also aware that once interests accrues, I will be in a mountain of debt. My family does not have much wealth and there is almost zero chance that I would be able to pay back these loans without help. The fight against COVID has taken a huge financial, mental, and physical toll on myself and my family.

I still have many more years of residency and fellowship remaining and the loans will grow rapidly during the time I am in training. If anyone is able to help out now, I would be appreciative and would definitely return the favor one day if I get to a point in life where I can do that.
