Scholarship debt

Hello Everyone,

In 2015, I had started my education journey with a scholarship which was supported by my government. The deal with my government was like this; after I finished my Master's degree at an university in the US, I was supposed to start my work with my government. I spent one year in Kent, Ohio to get my ESL( English as a Second Language) courses. Then, I was able to start my Master's degree at the University of Florida. During my education, I dealt with health problems which was hindering the progress in my education. There were medical withdrawals that I had to make and I couldn't finish my degree in time that my government gave. I had been getting help since 2017 and thanks to my doctors and beautiful people in my department, I was able to complete my degree at University of Florida. Since my scholarship were cut, I had to find a job and pay tuition, health insurance, and other expenses by myself. Again, thanks to great people in my department at University of Florida, I found a job and cleared holds in order to graduate. Since I couldn't finish my degree on time, my government started compensation process as I had to pay back all the money that my government gave to me. If I cannot pay the money, my close family will face with terrible days. It's offered to me that if I pay back slightly more than %10 of my total debt, I would be able to request for a job from my government. I believe I have gained great amount of skills during my education and my work at University of Florida. Due to Corona virus pandemic, I couldn't find a job, I am tireless applying for several jobs and being interviewed by with no an opportunity so far. My only wish is that to start my life as agriculture engineer so I can contribute to world. I would like to thank you for helps in advance.
