Saving Cody

Sweet, sweet Cody!  Our sweet, senior boy.  All this gentle giant wants to do is please everyone. He has tested heart-worm possitive and is being treated for this with the slow kill method.  He now has a subcutaneous fluid build up around his chest. It's either from heart-worm blockage or congestive heart failure. Cody is only able to use about 20% of his lung capacity right now because of this fluid.  He is not in pain and still seems to want to fight this so Pugtastic7 is here and ready to help him. This gentle soul just wants to be loved and spend time with his human. He has had such a horrible hand dealt to him but we just need to make him as comfortable as possible and help him get past this too.  He will need on going medical testing and care in order to get him healthy.  PLEASE, if you can spare anything to help Cody and Pugtastic7 with this fight and with his continuing medical bills we would be forever grateful.
