Save The Hungry Strays

This fundraiser is intended to help the 7 stray cats (5 female and 2 male) which I am feeding now.

It started with feeding one female stray because she needed food in order to produce milk for her kittens. One cat turned into three, then slowly to seven. It occured to me that I need to do something about the multiplying cats. Why? Because...

1) They are strays and they do not have a home or any owners to look after them

2) Sometimes not all kittens survive birth because the cat mother might be suffering malnutrition to begin with. The weaker ones will be abandoned by their mother and left to die. Hence, neutering them is crucial.

3) The more they multiply, the little food they receive. Unfortunately, I do not have much to spare for cat food. Every morning, they get 100gram of food, but this is for 7 cats and that is not enough! They are still hungry and look for more food by noon. It's heart breaking to know that they have to wait until the next day for their next meal. Hence, I need to seek help in order to get more food for them.

I thought about stop feeding them and that they will go away and look for food themselves. As they said animals have survival instincts. But I was wrong, I was not ruthless enough to turn a blind eye on them! They are the sweetest, clever and loyal cats that I have ever encountered.

Therefore, I would like to ask for some kind soul to contribute what you could so that I can neuter the cats, as well as buying cat food for them for the next 12 months. My only wish is that the 7 cats will remain healthy and not starve, and not increase the cat-count for the current group.

Below is the breakdown of expenses required:

SGD120 for neutering a cat x 5 female = SGD 600

SGD30+ per month for food (for 7 cats or more) x 12 months = SGD 400
