Steve Butler’s CANCER Treatment Fundraiser! Please Help

My son-in-law, Steve Butler, is a great husband and loving father that has just been diagnosed with ESOPHAGEAL CANCER. Steve and my daughter Mandy have been together for 18 years! They live in Loveland, OH.

On May 14, 2020, Steve saw his doctor Mark Andolin, MD at Tri-Health was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer. He gets an Endoscopic Ultrasound then a PET Scan on May 27 ^th to determine whether the cancer is Advanced Stage 2 or Beginning Stage 3 cancer known as ADENOCARCINOMA.

Dr. Andolina is very hopeful that with aggressive treatment that the cancer can be CURED!!!

However, They do not have insurance to cover these expenses. They are looking at about $75k to $100k to this hard working, loving, family man.

These are the estimates for the procedures*:

• 2 PET Scans at $1500 each
• 2 Endoscopic Ultrasounds $4,500 each
• Chemotherapy 1 day/week/5 weeks $15,000
• Radiation Therapy 5 days/week for 5 ½ weeks which is 28 treatments is $10,000
• Feeding tube and daily use is roughly $7,000
• Surgery after all these treatments is about $35,000
• Plus all the medication and lab work that needs to be done throughout this process.

With these estimates, plus medications and lab work; we estimate the family will need at least $75,000 but probably more towards $85,500.

Let me introduce Steve Butler and his family of 18 years . His hard working, loving, and dedicated wife Mandy Butler, RN. And also, his beautiful, talented and heartbroken children Lizzie, Ashley and Sarah.

This family is a very close-knit family that enjoy working on their home, car, and yard together; as well as going camping, to the zoo, parks, fairs and celebrating all achievements in each others lives and all of their family's achievements.
