Help us save Cynthia Celebre

Everything happened so fast. My mother-in-law Cynthia Celebre had a stroke on June 7, 2020 that turned our lives upside-down. In the midst of a global pandemic that made it all the more impossible to get to a hospital, we were lucky to bring her to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for treatment.

On her First Day, she showed incredible signs of resilience and was engaging, despite paralysis and loss of speech. She was responding to stimulus. We were so ecstatic! We were already looking ahead to her road to recovery and rehabilitation.

But fate seemed to sway differently in the blink of an eye.

Her recovery stalled and replaced with precarious fragility and suffering. Her brain swelling increased, her kidney started failing and her respiration has weakened overnight. It is unbelievably unacceptable how things changed just like that.

With odds against her and us, we knock on your doors and hearts and seek your help in this dire time. The complications require dialysis while her cerebral edema is being treated. She is barely conscious now in jiust a matter of days. It is heartbreaking.

When my wife held her hand, she still felt a stronghold. My mother-in-law was a cancer survivor and the most selfless person you could ever meet. She has helped so many people in this lifetime. Her fighting spirit carries us even at her most vulnerable state.

She now needs our help to miraculously survive. We are faithful that she will be delivered from this ordeal with your infinite kindness.
