This kitten was offered free on Facebook to anyone willing to come get it. A young woman felt that she had the means to care for it. She brought her home and a few days later the kitten got terribly sick. The young well intentioned woman didn't have the money for medical care of the kitten. The kitten, a Siamese or Meezer, has a huge abscess in her neck. One side burst and is healing, but the other side is feverish and infected. She is at the vet's office for 24 hour care. The picture is of the healing side, the wound is too gory to show open.
Pack N Pounce is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity that is 100% volunteer based. That means that no one gets paid to foster or care for the animals. Not even the owner/president of the rescue receives a paycheck.
The money donated to this kitten will go towards the vet care, vaccinations, medication, spay, as well as the basic needs of the kitten.
Please help us save her life.
After you donate, please comment a name for her! She deserves a special name.

Adopted!
Update posted by Brenda Gordon at 07:14 amShe has been named Miracle! And she has been adopted! This darling little girl was adopted by a young couple that were heart broken by her story and wanted to provide her with a loving furever home! Thank you for the donations!
On the mend!
Update posted by Brenda Gordon at 05:41 pmThe tiny Meezer spent several days at the vets office and is back! Her infection responded quickly to the antibiotics and her second abscess didn't have to be opened. The first one is totally healed with barely a scar! Her hair hasn't grown back yet, but it is coming in. . . . .
