save the ponies

Help save these beautiful ponies there is a Blk stallion a Lil mare who's very malnutritioned she's lost two foals and the owners just let them lay dead in the field then there a Lil filly almost 2 yrs old is tied to a post when I found her basically being strangled had to cut the rope and make a home made halter.. OK let me start by saying I am currently visiting Hamburg Arkansas and upon me arriving I spotted these ponies ..my name is Sheril Ann Carr-spurrell and I own Hands On Therapy 4Horses & Dogs in Rocky Mount VA. I do equine law . and am a pet care tech 1&2  sports massage therapist my list goes on ..I immediately called the sheriff dept who came out to asset the situation according to the deputy they've bn to this place numerous times so he called animal control as he agreed with my findings .animal cruelty .  to my knowledge I've bn told this is going to be the 3rd year in a winter no hay or feed never seen a vet nor been wormed . I've gotten permission from the owner to help get rid of them was her word . I'm trying to save them get vet care ect . I today alone as the owners sat outside drinking beer saved the Lil baby from being in the street three times come on these babies need rescuing I'm only here for a short time so I'm trying to raise funds as to when I leave my friend will ensure their fed until I can rehome them even if it mean transporting them home to Virginia .PLEASE HELP BY DONATING TO SAVE THE PONIES
