We urgently need your support to help us save and protect the great apes.

WHO WE ARE

The World Ape Fund (www.worldapefund.org) is a non-profit wildlife conservation organization helping to protect great apes.

WHAT ARE WE DOING?

We are currently raising funds that are urgently needed by sanctuaries to help and protect great apes from the many dangers that they face in the wild. Chimpanzees, gorillas, orangutans and bonobos are often victims of such things as habitat destruction or being captured by illegal traders who sell them as pets or food. The apes who are rescued from these activities often require urgent medical treatment and a safe place to live until they can be safely returned to the wild. Sanctuaries provide this lifeline by giving apes food, shelter, veterinary care and rehabilitation. However, sanctuaries rely on public donations and they desperately need your help to provide apes with adequate care and protection.

HOW YOUR DONATION WILL HELP

Your donation will help to provide great apes with shelter, food, veterinary care and rehabilitation. This helps the great apes to survive until they are returned to a safer habitat in the wild.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR DONATION?

100% of the donations we receive will be used to fund veterinary supplies, food supplies and/or for urgent repairs to facilities. Sanctuary staff will be photographed receiving the items that have been funded with the help of your donation. The World Ape Fund will email the photographs to every person who donated and provided an email address. The photographs will also be posted on our website: worldapefund.org
