Save our home

Two days after my 39 birthday I received paperwork that my ex-husband was filing bankruptcy and is surrendering the house I live in with our three kids. We are going to be homeless.  I am on the deed but not the loan, therefore I have no rights. I am unable to assume the loan, because I am a full time student at OSU. I am working on my RN-BSN and desperately trying to take care of my kids.  I need to seek legal advice and secure funds for a down payment. I pray things will work out.
