I REALLY LIKE IT HERE!

I lived so many places in my life and time, never having any place to really call mine. Losing my mother 3 days after I was born, and thrown into foster care to live in other peoples homes. I was married, battered and abused, but I left before I became another statistic on the news.  I finally was raising my 4 children and living in peace, and learning about home ownership as a beginner. Then in 1997 I refinanced my home, and fell into the hands of these predatory lenders.  What am I to do, so I need help to raise $45,000 and I look to you. Sorry about my little poem, it makes me sick to think about losing my home.

OWN MY ON TO RAISE MY CHILDREN

I moved into my home in 1991, starting a new life for myself and my children. Then in 1997 I refinanced my home and fell into the hands of the predatory lenders.  I not only raised my 4 children here, I opened my home to 18 foster children, 12 grandchildren and over the years I played and prayed with my 8 great grandchildren. Now I'm being forced out of my home by these predatory/sub prime lenders.  I was given a permanent loan modification in 2011, and I was paying my mortgage according to the new required amount to pay. Then inFebruary  2013 I was told my mortgage will go  up double of what I was paying, which was over half of my Social Security Disability.

I'M ON DISABILITY

(I'm on disability, because  I had 2 mini strokes and 3 heart attacks, my sight is gone in one eye. diastolic heart failure, kidney failure.and other chronic ailments to many to mention, but you get the jest of it). Anyway in February 2013, I sent my mortgage payment of $328.00 which was about $70.00 more than my loan modification was for, and the mortgage company rejected it.

I TAUGHT THESE AGENCIES WOULD HELP

That's when I knew it was time to seek the help of Legal Aid  in 2013,and to this day they don't sound like they can help me. I went to the NC Housing Finance, made Complaints to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, NC Commissioner Of Banks, The Attorney Generals Office of NC and wrote to the White House about my complaint, I wrote to local news papers and news Stations and nothing has happened. I talked to the Attorney General Investigator, and told him I knew  about the new investigation that's going on with Ocwen Loan Servicing , and he told me that it was NONE of my business. I went on the consumers sites and seen the same stories as mine happening to other families, being thrown out of their homes.

OCWEN CLAIMS I OWE $7,091,328,901.00

In May 2014 I started receiving four foreclosure notices at a time in the mail. about a Deed Of Trust hearing. The mortgage company attorneys notice read, as of May 2014 I owe $33,864.00. Since I didn't get scared and move out, in August 2014, they sent the sheriff to my house to serve me the foreclosure notice. This time the notice read from the attorneys office, as of July 2014 the principle and interest owed was $7,091,328,901.00.

I LIVE IN A 3 BEDROOM MOBILE HOME, NOT A MANSION

I live in a three bedroom double wide mobile home. I  associated this tactic to when you don't want someone to make bail, you make the bail so astronomically  high that you can't make bail. That's the same tactic they are using on me,  to force me out of my home.  I found out that my mortgage note was  securitized  among so many investors betting on their returns of their investments  by charging over excessive, force placed insurance, false documentation, robo-signing etc.  Now, on January 14, 2015 they have a foreclosure hearing set again, I don't know if they will continue it again, because they don't own my loan and they are waiting to execute the papers from the original lender. I am sick and I want to get out of the clutches of  these evil hands of these  mortgage servicers. 

I NEED TO RAISE $45,000

I am asking for your help to raise $45,000, NOT $7 billion dollars. Everyday they (mortgage company) are calling my house and not saying anything and hanging up. They  having someone leaving confidential notices hung on my doorknob, harassing me. I don't like it, I am a fighter, but I don't have any one to help me in this fight. I seen the movie "It's A Wonderful Life" and I compared this mortgage company to "Mr. Potter" the banker. I know that the best is yet to come, and I know this is just a test to give me big testimonies.  The word says you will walk through the valley and shadow of death, but it never said stay there. I am bold enough to ask for help and lift up my head and my voice, to let others know, don't be embarrassed, and never give up. This is My truth, this is My heart, this is My home. Because home is where the heart is. I'm so grateful for you reading my story and your heart felt donations.
