SAHRC Judicial Challenge – Julius Malema’s “Whitness Killing”

On 4th March 2018, Mr Julius Sello Malema said "We are cutting the throats of whiteness" during his speech the following statement which resultantly was reported to the SAHRC (South African Human Rights Commission). This in conjunction with Mr Malema's previous statements about "not killing whites yet" has to be read as a call for murdering white people in general, and possibly any "blacks" that are too friendly to white people.

The Human rights commission came out on 27th of March 2018 with a response that they cannot find any violation of fundamental rights.

Furthermore they did not include any of the 25 complainants of which there might be groups which then could join together and fight this collectively, instead they decided to exclude the complainants from each other.

This results in the fact that we have to challenge this matter Judicially which requires Legal costs for Advocates to represent this case in relevant court houses. We only have 180 days available from date of the issue of this response by the Human rights commission to fight this.

We will attempt to try use the following Advocates for this case:

Adv. Dali Mpofu - This might be futile as he will possibly represent the Respondent, but it would be a good legal advocate to handle the case

Avd. W Tengrove - He represented Nelson Mandela during his divorce proceedings during his divorce with Mrs. Winnie Mandela.

As these are two of the top earning lawyers we will definitely require a hefty kitty to take this case for judicial review and any resulting challenges from there. Thus we have set ourselves a Goal of approx R1.5-2 Million rands for legal costs for now.

Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated, to help south africa have a just view of the statements made by Mr Julius Sello Malema.
