Safe house for my babies

We have 2 little boys one is 5 and one is 2, we were desperate to move out of a tiny 2 bed council house to give the kids the space they deserved but now since we are private rent we are stuck with lots of jobs that need doing to make the house safe for the children, loose carpets on the stairs, old stained carpets with holes, cracked keys and then floor tiles, cracked bath panel, the list goes on 😔 the landlord isn't willing to pay for anything to be sorted as it is our responsibility to do so and we need help to make our home the best we can for our babies, thankyou for reading
