Rural sanitation side drain.

Friends, I am Sarpanch, of a small rural village in india. My village name is Ravindranagar, and we are Rehabilatation family from east pakisthan at 1970 after india pakisthan separatetion. Now after 43 years we have no devoloped, and our small village are not devoloped. As a sarpanch there will be not big fund just small fund, what can i do for my villegers. Every rainy season we villegers are in big problem,rain water enter our houses. and have not any side drains to pass the water of bath or any other used for sanitation. We have so many problem so, friends we asking to you to rise some fund for our living purpose. Please friends kindly donate some funds to we, god will bless all of you. We need 5000 dollers or 3000000 indian rupees in between 3 - 4 months for complate the side drains canal in the village, please kind on we. If any indian want to donate some indian rupees then he/she can donate directly to - bishnupad kaviraj
