Rural Kansas Hardware Store Funding

My pregnant fiance is from a small town in Kansas and would love nothing more than to raise our child in the same great small town that she was raised in.  However, I am not able to find a job anywhere near the location and am currently living and working in Topeka.

There is a hardware store in town that closed some time ago and I would love to open it back up.  I have a degree in Marketing from Kansas State University ('10) and have been managing a store here in Topeka so I have experience and believe I will be successful.
