My name is Garlen Ian Fredericks.
I am a South African marathon runner.
I am running for a cause I believe in...clean-drinking water for children in need in Africa.
My charity of choice is TEAM WORLD VISION.
I am registered to run with them at this year's Chicago Marathon 2013 on the 13 October 2013.
