Run 13 Miles for Lessons!

On October 9th I will be running the Valley Harvest Half Marathon in order to raise funds for students who find it challenging to cover the cost of lesson payments or materials such as books. At present, the Guitar Academy is in need of hundreds of dollars to do just that so that certain students, who are very eager learners, can continue to take lessons.

This half marathon will be a challenge for me as I've been managing, somehow, to nurse a strained achilles through the training needed to do this half marathon. With only two weeks before the big day I think I'm going to be able to run the full 13 miles (21.1km). So, I'm hoping this effort will pay off and encourage lots of kind people to donate to this cause. Thanks!
