Hello my beautiful funder

Yesterday i gave birth to 8 beautiful puppies i was so happy to grow these puppies but now doctor said i can't support my puppies with my milk and they need medical support and a warm place but I'm afraid my hooman can't cover the expenses and i lose my puppies.
