This is an initiative to help the rickshaw pullers of our country who are working hard all year round. The hot summer days, shivering winter and the downpours - nothing stops them from serving us.They could have easily begged on the streets, but no; this group of people have respect and therefore chose a better way to support themselves and their dependants.
