Return land to real owner

I came to Canada as a International student, I took loan of ($24000 CAD approximately) Rs 1,200,000 from Indian bank from India. In India, we get loan collateral loan, so one of my dad's friend help us in getting loan. He put his land and house to get loan for me. Me and family can never forget about this thing. I paid partial amount of loan and paying slowly, as expenses here in Vancouver are to much. If I go by pace I am paying it will be another 3 more years. But, he recently said he needs his land and house, he also need to get loan or do something with property, as right now it's bank property, he can't do anything with his property.

I applied for line of credit in Canadian bank, they didnot approve it, as my credit is not so good. I tried to ask money from evryone, but no body is ready to help. And, I need to return his land and house documents before Sep15.

Please help me in returning his documents of land and house, I really appreciate my dad's friend for helping us. I thank everyone for heloing me out.
