Hello Everyone, My name is John “Jack” Curran and I am presently in need of a miracle. I live on a fixed income ($925/Mo.) My credit is good and I pay my bills. My family begged me to move (CA) home after a divorce. They made a couple promises to bait me into coming back that never came be. I need to be back to the country again. The S.F. Bay Area is far too crowded and expensive for me.
I found this small slice of Heaven (click on URL below) and knew that I had to at least try to make it my own. Because of the land not having a home on it the banks either don’t offer loans for property like that or the amount of money to get into a vacant land loan is too high (30-35%) for me. I have asked relatives to help and the money is just not available.
The property that is pictured below is the beginning of something modest but great. I have lived in this area before (about 5 yrs.) and have friends who will help me build a small building to live in. This property has a well, septic tank, and electricity, Inside there is a complete bathroom with a hot water heater.
I can stress how important it is for me to find peace again. I believe that this property is a great start in that direction.
Please help. This property is going to be sold very soon. That does not mean that I will give up.
As I said in the beginning “I need a miracle” please help.
