Rescue stray cats

My neighbor has taken care of this stray cat for eight years. She has been living outdoors. Four months ago, my neighbor moved house and left this cat ，When the neighbor moved away, we bought cat food for her, every night she would come to my door and wait for me to feed her cat food，But recently when I was feeding, I found her eyes were inflamed, so I took her home, and I found that the situation was very bad，I really want to help her, but I am a student and my ability is limited, so I hope everyone can help her.Thank you
