Request For Help For My Scoliotic Son

I'm a single mother from South Africa . my son Lunga was diagnosed with Idiopathic Scoliosis in 2013. The curve was 38 degrees..The lower thoracic angle worsened to 50 degrees making him to experience constant back pains . Lunga medical costs were sponsored by an anonymous donor to the scoliosis centre . He Is given a 10 day treatment for the programme to travel from South Africa to New York . His treatment is scheduled from 15 to 24 Dec 2018 . We have an invitation letter from the centre. His father passed on in 2015 The traveling costs gas,Visas and hotel costs is $8000 He is currently under scholarship also in his first year at the University studying Bachelor of commerce in Economics and International Trade . Lunga started the university in the middle of the term due to severe pains which is paramount for him to attend the programme . He aspires to be an Economist.
