Renovate old manson

hello I'm currently looking to open my own buissness but enable to do this I have seen a beautiful old manson that needs alot of work..im looking to open up a spar/ holiday retreat for people just wanting to get away for the stress of life, also I would like to open up activities on the grounds e.g horse riding. archary. Fishing ect the little things that make make a difference to a community..any donations would be appreciated..I have seen this mansion many times and is my ultimate dream to do it up..maybe I'm dreaming big but dreams are what's makes us motivated..any donations would be appreciated thank you for reading this..
