please help

For the last ten years I have been suffering from medical conditions. I need lower back surgery, carpal tunnel surgery in both arms and need two shoulder surgerys, Ive held on as long as I can by always trying to workout, eat right etc,,I can hardly work anymore, somedays I cant walk, never sleep through a night cause of carpal tunnel, and im about to lose my vehicle, a place to live, everything you can imagine, I never thought I could degrade myself and ask for help, but theres really no where else to turn, im at the very end trying to hang on till insurance comes through to get help, the depression is overwhelming. I need to try to raise money, it would be so very appreciated. Thank you
