CT Religious Exemption Repeal Lawsuit Fundraiser

The CT Freedom Alliance, LLC will be bringing a lawsuit against the State of Connecticut in the event that the religious exemption to mandatory school vaccinations is repealed (in whole or in part) by the state legislature. Renowned Attorney Norm Pattis will be leading the legal team, and has agreed to do all of the legal work on the case--including appeals all the way to the United States Supreme Court if necessary--for the modest sum of $25,000! We have set a goal of $35,000 to account for additional legal expenses such as filing fees, costs of transcripts, costs associated with depositions, etc. (as well as to cover the fees that will be charged by GoGetFunding).

Norm is a veteran of more than 150 successful jury trials, many resulting in acquittals for people charged with serious crimes, multi-million dollar civil rights and discrimination verdicts, and successful criminal appeals. Newsday describes Norm as the “Legal Top Gun”, the Hartford Courant says his work is “Brilliant and Audacious”, and legal icon F. Lee Bailey describes Norm Pattis as “One of the giants of the profession.”

If we are able to win this lawsuit at the highest levels of the federal courts, it would have far-reaching implications throughout the nation for vaccine choice. Simply put, if we go all the way to the Supreme Court (as is our goal) and are victorious, it could preserve our religious freedom once and for all with respect to vaccines, everywhere in the United States. While we of course cannot guarantee a victory, please know that this is our goal!
