Regain, rebuild my business

Hi! I am writing to ask a help for me to regain and to start up again my business as this will really be a big help for me and my family. I was once had a business, a tiangge business inside the Mall. We were selling Abubots, accessories or items with a minimum price of Php 10. At first, income is good and it really helps my family in our daily needs especially on medications. However due to unexpected circumstances, and conflicts within the Mall management, bazarristas like me were really affected. They transferred the bazaar area into a low traffik area, and they gave us a higher rental fee for them to regain their lost. I still tried to continue my business for another 6 months however, the sales are really affected due to changes and this let me decides to stop and pull out my remaining items. Now I really wanted to start it again as this is really a big help to my family daily expenses and medical maintenance of my parents. Hope someone can help me on to start again. Thanks.
