Recovery Aid

I am a hard working, veteran school teacher who recently had to put my son through rehab for mental illness and drug addiction.  He had been battling substance abuse for eight years and he finally got to rehab and got clean.  He has been sober for 5 months!  He also re-enrolled in college where he is an honor student.  God has answered my prayers of getting my son back. 

I am currently renting a home because my husband decided he wanted a different family and I couldn't afford to stay in our home.  I also just finished putting my daughter through school and she graduated last year.  My son's rehab really has put me in a financial crunch as I had to pay cash up front and it took my entire savings.I am so blessed that I was able to do that, but it drained my resources.  I am asking for your help to recoup some of my costs so  that I get back on my feet.  Thank you for considering a donation as it will help me pay my rent, eat, and pay my bills.  I have never asked anyone for any help, but I really need it now. 

To protect my son's privacy, I have not uploaded any personal pictures of myself or included any of social media sites.  However, if you do donate, I will send you a personal thank you note and give you the address to my blog where you can follow my son's progress in recovery.
