Recover car while fighting unjust termination.

I am currently in a situation where i was unjustly terminated, for having a medical/ dental procedure. Even with documentation i was still terminated. I am currently fighting as well as trying to appeal my unemployment denial. Unfortunately at the same time my significant other was forced to go in medical because she required surgery in both arms for carpal tunnel and has forced to stsy and care for her and the children. My car payments had fallen behind 3 payments and has recently become repossessed. It is our only vehicle and we are unsure with many more doctor appointments and everything elseb what to do. Just asking to help catch up and maybe float a little bit ahead while we try to get through this situation.
