Recently Homeless Pregnant Couple Living in a Storage

They started their own business in 2014, and things were going great. They had received an initial capital investment from her parents to startup their business, unfortunately in 2016 they had a detrimental falling out with their business partners, which in turn caused a falling out with her parents, severing the amazing relationship they had with them. It caused a great strain on the business, and their finances, and it left them without any family or friends to turn to. They managed to keep their heads up, and mutter through the hard times together, after all they have a 20 year history to their relationship and have been married for almost 5 years.

At the end of 2018 they were driving home and were involved in a major car accident, that totaled the only form of transportation they had, and the person who hit them had no insurance on their vehicle. After the accident they went to the hospital, it was there that they found out they were expecting their first child. Things became increasingly more difficult financially, and in March of 2019, they were asked to move by their landlord. The only choice they had was to move their belongings into a 10'x10' storage unit. This is where they sleep at night to stay safe and off of the streets. They walk to a nearby gym to shower, and without transportation they walk everywhere they need to go. She is now roughly 6 months pregnant and has not had any medical attention throughout the pregnancy. The money they are requesting will provide safe housing for them, and the baby when he/she arrives, food to eat, means of transportation and to the continuation of their business.

They are in major need of getting off the streets, as their time is ticking at the storage unit, and in less than 3 months they will have a new little bundle of joy to protect and provide for. Anything you can donate to help them would be a tremendous blessing. This is a tough time for them, (as I'm sure most people reading this can relate to that). They just need some stability to get back on their feet and pay it forward. Every little bit helps and it would be going to this great family.
