Rebuilding after kidney failure

My life has been turned upside down due to being diagnosed with end stage renal disease. I am currently on dialysis in which I do my treatments every night. I was gainfully employee until July. Since August I’ve received short term disability which is only $470 every two weeks. I’ve been evicted from my apartment and my car has been repossessed. I’m just trying to rebuild my life while still trying to sustain as much of a normal life as possible on dialysis. I’m ready to move back into my own home and possibly purchase a vehicle. I just need a little bit of wiggle room to achieve my goals!
