In the heart of Gaza, my family once thrived, surrounded by the warmth of home and the laughter of loved ones. But in an instant, our world was shattered by the deafening roar of missiles and the devastating loss of family members. These are the words of , a mother whose life was torn apart by the horrors of war.

"After my sister and her young daughter were martyred when their home was bombed with missiles; I was in great shock from losing them and from extreme panic. After that, my fear for my daughters, Wateen, and Maryan increased."

In the face of unimaginable grief and fear, my husband, Mohammed, made the harrowing decision to evacuate our daughters to safety, away from the chaos and destruction of Gaza. It was a journey marked by 170 days of relentless violence and uncertainty, but finally, they found refuge in Egypt.

We did everything we could to evacuate them from Gaza, and that is what happened. Only my daughters and I traveled to Egypt. I hope that my husband can come to Egypt and that my husband, my daughters, and I will be reunited soon.

But our journey to safety came at a heavy cost. Amidst the chaos of war, my husband and I lost our jobs but also home and car. We were left with nothing but rubble, our dreams shattered and our future uncertain.

We lost everything, and we were left with nothing but rubble. We never imagined this happening to us even in our dreams.

Now, in a foreign land where every expense feels like a mountain to climb, we faces the daunting task of rebuilding her family's life from scratch. The cost of housing, medical treatment, and basic necessities weighs heavily on her shoulders, threatening to overwhelm her fragile hope.

Life in Egypt is very expensive - house rent expenses, treatment expenses, food, and other expenses.
