About

Based on the years of Raspberry Pi and IOT experences, here we introduce 3 out-of-the-box kits which explore full potential of Raspberry Pi!

IOT Weather Kit:

Learn how to program with python and interact with different sensors with this Kit. The kit contains all the necessary hardware and software to build your own indoor Air quality monitor with Carbon Dioxide, Total Volatile Organic Compounds, Pressure , Humidity and Temperature readings. Moreover, you will learn about all the basics of Raspberry Pi & Python programming.

  • Prodboard – All-in-one OLED display, buttons, Infrared receiver & blaster with power switch for Raspberry Pi
  • Bosch BMP180 Barometric Pressure Sensor
  • Sensirion SHT31 Humidity and Temperature Sensor
  • AMS CCS811 Air quality Sensor (Total Volatile Organic Compounds & equivalent carbon dioxide)
  • Optional 3D Printed Case (Available during delivery, stl file also downloadable for free)
  • Multimedia Remote Control

Software:

  • Indoor Air Monitor Utility – open source utility developed to monitor, log and display data on the OLED display
  • Adafruit IO - push your data to Adafruit IO cloud and view your data online

Guide:

The guide will details the basics of python programming and how to interact with Raspberry Pi and Prodboard. Table of contents of Guide:

  • Installation and Setup
  • GPIO basics
  • Reading inputs from buttons
  • Controlling LEDs
  • Reading from Infrared receiver
  • Sending commands with Infrared Blaster
  • Setup of Air Quality Monitor Utility
  • Open source sample

Code samples will be provided to read values from buttons, display data on OLED display, Receive commands via Infrared and Send commands via Infrared.

Specifications - ProdBoard

Successfully funded and delivered in October 2017, Nanomesher ProdBoard is an all-in-one utility board which offers all the essentials to build Raspberry Pi projects.
