Raising money to buy medication

My mum requires a daily medication for her depression. Only my mother and I live in a rented room now, and only I can work to support the both of us. However I will need to attend university soon and this took all of our savings and barely managed to cover the cost. I need some extra cash to get her her medications. I'm trying the best I can but as a 20 year old who has not finished school, part time private tutoring job is only enough to cover rent and daily expenses. Please help me somebody. Please. I really have no more ideas. I cannot get a loan either because I have no guarantor.
