Raising money for shoulder surgery

My right shoulder has Bankart lesion, which is a tear in the labrum of the shoulder due to multiple anterior shoulder dislocations, it causes so much pain and I'm unable to move my right shoulder at all, I'm a college student and I'm also right handed, so it's affecting my life significantly, I can't study or write and when I graduate I won't be able to work like this, I'm in debt and I can hardly afford this surgery, help would be much appreciated.
