Raising admission fees

I am raising $500 for my sister Ruth Esther Namatovu to help her secure her admission to John hopkins University for the Doctor of International Affairs(DIA),specializing in humanitarian response. Previously, we could all raise this money but with the severe effects of COVID 19,many of us are out of work and unable to raise this money at the time, yet this admission to a doctoral program is a dream she wants to achieve to be able to help others suffering across the globe .She's a very generous person and will also be giving back to people in similar situations in future. To whoever can support this cause, every little helps. This $500 is an opener to a bigger cause but we are taking step by step to even raise more towards the tuition fees.
