Raising a non-profit dog shelter for homeless dogs in Cebu, Philippines

We would like to build a non-profit dog shelter for street dogs that don't have a home in the city of Danao in Cebu, Philippines. Shelters for animals aren't known in this area and there are lots of stray dogs that wander around, looking very malnourished. These are usually dogs that haven't experienced being loved and having a home to live in. We want every dog in the city to be able to have a good life and receive the love that they deserve.
