raise it so the young black kids can make a change

Children now and days can't take books home 'cause its only a class set of books. Which mean theirs only 45 books for a class, 40 kids in each class need the book to learn in class. Public school are needed wit money to buy books so kids can take them home and study for a test or others. African Americans are the main type on racist that drop out cause they have to guide, no books to help them. They can't change the world if they know how the world works. Middle schools are starting to hold kids back in a grade. They say you're child is failing but they're really not. Notes cant help you study as good as the books. Help the young African American children to change the future.
