Railroaded

Tyrail Wynn was arrested in 2015and convicted in 2017 of a heinous murder that he didn't commit. Because we didn't have money for an attorney who'd fight for him, the state gave him one who didn't try. He was told by this attorney that he didn't stand a chance, He should take the plea bargain offered by the DA for 30 years (life) instead to the 300 years the Judge was going to give him when he lost at trial. With an attorney, his battle could have been won and it wouldn't have taken much win it but the deck was stacked against him and he had nobody willing to fight for his life. The State took his hope, then his life.
