Publishing For First Time Author(s)

I am starting a publishing company and have almot completed my first book in Urban Literature called Justified Motives. I'm beyond excited to have this chance to publish this book. I want to give other first time authors a chance to publish as well. I just need a little assistance in marketing. Of course to market, you need money.
