Protect our Protectors

I am running a non-profit community initiative called "Protect our Protectors" to raise funds to get reusable, washable Face Masks made at cost for our men and woman in the South African Police Service (SAPS). These masks are made of two layers of cloth and will be used to help our SAPS reduce their risk of contracting COVID-19 (the Coronavirus) while on duty. I have managed to source a local manufacturer who can supply the branded Face Masks at R32.20 per mask. The great thing is that these Face Masks are washable and can be reused.

I am looking to raise funds for a minimum of two masks per member so that while one is been washed they have another mask to use the following day. There are currently around 200,000 active SAPS members in South Africa.

All contributions will go directly to the sourcing of the Face Masks.
